How ofter do you change your menu?
Our menu will change weekly. Our main goal is to help you eat healthy without getting sick of eating the same flavorless meal.
How do I reheat my meals?
To ensure the quality of our meals we will have recommend heating instructions in each meal for optimal flavor and results.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, we ask you contact us directly before Thursday at 11:59 Pm for a full refund. Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we have to be really strict about cancelling orders due to the fact that once your order has been placed we then proceed to purchasing and prepping/marinating all meals. This means that even though you don't receive your meals until Sunday there has already been money and labor invested in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope you understand.

If I experience a food safety such as odor or looking, what should I do?
At Next Meal the safety and quality of our ingredients are our priority, if you encounter a food safety issue or concern with your order, please follow these steps:

When do I order my meals?
Order your meals by Wednesday the week prior. For guaranteed delivery on Sundays at www.nextmealdelivery.com
How do I get my meals?
You will receive your meal at home in a reusable insulated bag. Everything is packed to stay cold, so no need worry to be home for the delivery. We reuse the bag and cold packs, so please leave them out the day you are expecting your next delivery. There is a one time fee of $10 per bag.

Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are FRESH, cooked and delivery on Sunday. We deliver the meals in insulated bags filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. One you receive your meals, we ask that you place the meals in the fridge ASAP and do not open them until you are ready to eat them, that way your meals will stay fresh for at least 7 days. Our meals are intended to e enjoyed fresh for optimal quality, we do not recommend freezing.

What if I have a food allergy?
“Your safety is our priority! We use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We cannot guarantee that your food will be allergen-free and because of this we clearly label each meal with allergen information, so you can make informed choices.
